Bead Blasting
Bead blasting adds a uniform matte or satin surface finish on a machined part, removing the tool marks

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as magnesium and titanium, also can be anodized.

Powder Coating
Powder coating is a strong, wear-resistant finish that is compatible with all metal materials.

Black Oxide
Black oxide or blackening is a conversion coating for ferrous materials, stainless steel, copper and copper based alloys, zinc, powdered metals, and silver solder. It is used to add mild corrosion resistance, for appearance and to minimize light reflection.

Polishing
Polishing and buffing are finishing processes for smoothing a workpiece’s surface using an abrasive and a work wheel or a leather strop.

Brushing
Brushing is produced by polishing the metal with grit resulting in a unidirectional satin finish.

Part Marking
Part Marking is a process to permanently mark parts with product information including serial numbers, part numbers, date codes.
